Altered sleep patterns in patients with non-functional GHRH receptor

Individuals with isolated growth hormone deficiency (IGHD) due to GHRH resistance experience objectively reduced sleep quality, including altered NREM and REM sleep stages. Despite these objective changes, they report no subjective sleep problems or reduced quality of life.
