Patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) exhibit significantly thinner choroidal thickness (CT) compared to both healthy individuals and elderly subjects. This finding suggests CT may be a useful biomarker for AD diagnosis and highlights vascular factors in its pathogenesis.
