¹David Gelbart is a medical student at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), a physician assistant in emergency medicine, and a prehospital physician extender with the Kearsarge Fire Department, all in Erie, Pa. John Gallagher is a clinical assistant professor of radiology at LECOM. Michael Hauk is a staff radiologist at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pa., and an adjunct clinical associate professor in the Department of Radiology at LECOM.
