This study introduces a new bioinformatics pipeline (MAAB) to classify plant hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins (HRGPs), a type of intrinsically disordered protein (IDP), into 23 subclasses. This improves the identification and understanding of these crucial plant proteins.
