This case report highlights a rare cardiac myxoma on the mitral valve, a common primary heart tumor. Surgical resection is the only effective treatment to prevent recurrence.

- The patient underwent successful aortic valve replacement with a mechanical prosthesis.
- The patient experienced an uneventful recovery and was discharged on postoperative day 8.
