Abstract:
Giant aneurysms (>25 mm) represent approximately 5-10% of all intracranial aneurysms. In this paper it's reported a giant calcified aneurysm presenting with hydrocephalus. It's highlighted the pre-operative images and intra-operative endoscopic findings.
