Universal molecular screening does not effectively detect Lynch syndrome in clinical practice

Universal molecular screening for Lynch syndrome (LS) in colorectal cancer (CRC) cases had limited yield due to referral issues. An alternative "one-stop" testing approach is proposed for better LS detection.
