Background:

- Computed Tomography (CT) indicated an enlarged uterus with low attenuation areas.
- Gross examination revealed a distorted endometrial cavity with an irregular, friable, and necrotic mass.

- The tumor exhibited rhabdoid, osteoid, and cartilaginous differentiation.
- Presence of osteoclast-like giant cells was noted.
- Immunohistochemistry was strongly positive for CD10.
