Severe hypertriglyceridemia, a lipid disorder, can be secondary to conditions like Multiple Myeloma (MM). This case highlights light chain myeloma as a cause of severe secondary hypertriglyceridemia and Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH).
