    Two Wilms's tumor cases showed focal intestinal differentiation, with goblet, endocrine, and enterocyte-like cells identified. Both cases also featured squamous epithelial cells, cartilage, and rhabdomyoblasts, prompting discussion on tumor origins and outcomes.
