A novel benzothiazole-based mitochondrial tracker, Bth-Mito, exhibits aggregation-induced emission and stable green fluorescence for advanced bioimaging. This probe shows low cytotoxicity and high photostability, enabling effective time-lapse and in vivo imaging.
