Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy of a novel stainless steel mesh strip (cryo-mesh) for cryopreserving Anigozanthos viridis shoot tips.

  • Shoot tips were coated in alginate, attached to the cryo-mesh, and treated with PVS2 for varying durations (20, 30, or 40 min) before liquid nitrogen immersion.
