Background:

The US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) has released a draft guideline on prostate cancer screening.
The draft recommends a "C" grade for men aged 55-69 years, advising shared decision-making regarding prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing.
A "D" grade, or "do not screen" recommendation, remains for men aged 70 years and older.
