Intelligent Internet-based information system optimises diabetes mellitus management in communities

An intelligent Internet-based information system significantly improved type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) management. The system enhanced glycaemic control and health management, while reducing outpatient visits for T2DM patients.
