Somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEPs) reliably predict outcomes in cardiac arrest survivors undergoing therapeutic hypothermia (TH). Absent N20 cortical responses consistently indicated poor neurological outcomes, supporting SSEP utility in prognostication.
