Should We Check the Routine Postoperative MRI for Hematoma in Spinal Decompression Surgery?

Postoperative MRI for spinal decompression surgery hematoma has limited impact on patient outcomes. Routine MRI is not recommended; perform it based on individual patient condition to avoid unnecessary procedures.
