    • Microcirculatory oxygenation, lactate, glucose, and ATP levels were monitored.

    Findings:

    • Tissue oxygenation and viability were maintained throughout the perfusion period.
    • Electron microscopy revealed intact vessels post-perfusion.
    • Successful replantation was achieved after 17 hours of Fluosol DA-20% perfusion at 15°C.

    Implications:

    • Oxygenated Fluosol DA-20% shows promise as an effective organ preservation solution.
    • This technique could expand the window for limb replantation in trauma cases.
    • Further research is warranted to optimize perfusion protocols for enhanced outcomes.
