Summary

Congenital granular cell tumors (congenital epulis) are rare benign jaw tumors in newborns. Surgical excision is effective, with no reported recurrences, ensuring good outcomes for this rare condition.

Congenital granular cell tumor, also known as congenital epulis or Neumann's tumor, is an exceptionally rare neonatal lesion.

This benign tumor typically presents on the anterior alveolar ridge gingiva of the jaws.

Historically, these tumors exhibit benign behavior with no documented instances of recurrence or metastasis.
