Summary

Triple synchronous primary malignant neoplasms are rare, but this case highlights a granulosa cell tumor of the ovary, adrenocortical carcinoma, and colon adenocarcinoma in a 48-year-old woman. This rare presentation required extensive surgery and chemotherapy.
