Capillaroscopic Findings in Primary Fibromyalgia

Summary

Patients with fibromyalgia often show dilated capillaries, similar to those seen in Raynaud's Phenomenon (RP). This study found capillary dilation in most fibromyalgia patients, but no signs of connective tissue disease.
