True Brachial Artery Aneurysm Presenting as a Non-Pulsatile Mass

A rare true brachial artery aneurysm was diagnosed using color Doppler ultrasound in a 59-year-old male presenting with limb ischemia. Surgical repair with a saphenous vein graft successfully restored blood flow and saved the limb.
