Durable Complete Response of Colorectal Cancer Metastasis after Biochemotherapy

Complete response to systemic therapy alone can lead to durable remission in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). This case highlights the potential for cure with systemic therapy, challenging traditional surgical paradigms for mCRC liver metastases.
