Aerobic versus isometric handgrip exercise in hypertension: a randomized controlled trial

Aerobic exercise significantly reduced blood pressure (BP) in hypertensive patients. Isometric handgrip training did not show significant BP reduction, despite guidelines recommending aerobic activity for hypertension management.
