Paper as Active Layer in Inkjet-Printed Capacitive Humidity Sensors

This study presents an inkjet-printed humidity sensor using paper as the sensing material. The developed capacitive sensor demonstrates a sensitivity of 2 pF/RH% and a fast response time, suitable for smart labels.
