Purpose of the Study:

To assess the impact of a theater-based workshop on nursing students' awareness of power and status.
To explore how experiential learning influences perceptions of power dynamics.
To evaluate shifts in attitudes towards the use of power in professional contexts.

An experiential, theater-based workshop was implemented in an undergraduate baccalaureate nursing program.
Participants engaged in exercises to embody and explore power and status.
Student reflections on status habits and their consequences were collected and analyzed.

The workshop significantly increased participants' awareness of power and status as ever-present.
A normative shift occurred, moving from viewing power as negative to a more neutral stance.
