Green-lipped mussel extracts, rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFAs), show potential as natural anti-inflammatory agents. These compounds may also act as prebiotics, improving gut health and potentially alleviating osteoarthritis symptoms.
