Acute Myeloid Leukemia with RAM Immunophenotype: A Pediatric Case with Unusual Morphologic Features

The rare RAM immunophenotype in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) presents a very poor prognosis. This case highlights diagnostic clues and the challenging outcomes even after early stem cell transplant.
