Summary

Endoscopic ultrasound-guided gastrojejunostomy (EUS-GJ) is a safe and effective minimally invasive option for gastric outlet obstruction (GOO), showing similar efficacy to laparoscopic gastrojejunostomy (Lap-GJ) but with significantly fewer adverse events.
