Summary

Blunt ocular trauma can cause traumatic choroidal ruptures. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) aids in diagnosing these ruptures by visualizing breaks in the choriocapillaris, offering a noninvasive alternative to traditional imaging.
