Cryoablation offers a promising alternative to surgery for treating tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO). This minimally invasive procedure effectively lowers FGF23 levels and restores phosphate and vitamin D regulation in patients with inoperable phosphaturic mesenchymal tumors (PMTs).
