Histopathology interpretation remains subjective despite existing guidelines.
A need exists for standardized diagnostic criteria in pathology.

Purpose of the Study:

To introduce Pathology Imagebase, a novel mechanism for international standardization in pathology specimen interpretation.
To reduce subjectivity in histopathology and improve diagnostic consistency.

The International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) created a reference image database with 24 international experts in prostate, bladder, and renal pathology.
