Abstract:
Here we describe a case of a biologically indolent renal cell carcinoma. A single lung metastasis was found 1 yr after resection of a pT2bNxM0 Fuhrmann grade 2 tumor. After a further 1 yr, the patient was treated with IFN-alpha and bevacuzimab. Treatment for renal cell carcinoma should be tailored individually for each patient.
