Biparametric MRI (bpMRI), using T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), shows comparable diagnostic performance to multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) for prostate cancer detection. Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) offers limited additional value.
