Osteoma of the ethmoid and lacrimal bone

The true osteoma is a benign tumour, which mainly occurs in the bones and cavities of the middle third of the face. This article discribes a case of a true osteoma of considerable size arising from the junction of the lacrimal and ethmoid bones of a 19-years-old boy causing limitation of the field of vision.
