    • To determine the activity of specific enzymes in serum and liver of mice bearing various transplantable leukemias.
    • To investigate the histochemical localization of certain enzymes in lymphatic tissues during leukemia progression.

    • Assessed serum and liver enzyme activity (cobalt-activated acylase, gamma-glutamyltransferase, leucylaminopeptidase, alanylaminopeptidase) in leukemic mice.
