Abstract:
Clinicians need to be aware of the cardinal manifestations of clinical anxiety in their geriatric patients. A variety of psychotherapeutic, behavioral, and chemical interventions can effectively and safely treat anxiety in geriatric patients and thereby greatly diminish morbidity and mortality.
