Background:

Vertebral hemangiomas are benign vascular tumors of endothelial origin.
A minority of vertebral hemangiomas cause symptoms like neck or back pain.
Neurological deficits from spinal cord compression are rare but serious complications.

Observation:

A patient presented with symptomatic bifocal vertebral hemangiomas (T9, L3) causing dorsal and lumbar pain.
The patient underwent simultaneous treatment using the CyberKnife® VSI system.
This approach aimed to alleviate pain and prevent neurological compromise.

Simultaneous CyberKnife® VSI system treatment resulted in significant pain reduction.
