    Background:

    • Tissue transglutaminase (TG) is an enzyme involved in various cellular processes.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the association of lipids with purified guinea pig liver TG.
    • To explore the impact of lipid removal on TG properties.
    • To identify potential post-translational modifications of TG.
