Summary

Intraoperative monitoring of cerebral microcirculation using laser-Doppler spectrophotometry may predict outcomes in subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) patients. This novel technique identified ischemia, correlating with poor neurologic function and CT-detected infarcts.
