Summary

This study synthesizes and characterizes two new scandium ruthenium borides, ScRu2B3 and Sc2RuB6, revealing novel crystal structures and metallic properties. The research also refines understanding of the Sc-Ru-B system, confirming Sc2Ru5B4 and ruling out ScRuB4.
