Summary

Inotuzumab ozogamicin is an antibody-drug conjugate approved for treating relapsed or refractory CD22-positive B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It targets CD22-expressing cells, delivering a cytotoxic agent to induce cancer cell death.
