Polymorphisms of interleukin 6 in Down syndrome individuals: a case-control study

This study examined interleukin 6 gene variations in individuals with Down syndrome (DS) and controls. No significant differences in the frequency of these interleukin 6 polymorphisms were found between the two groups.
