Cell-Free DNA and DNase Activity in Dogs with Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia

Elevated cell-free DNA in dogs with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA) may indicate a poorer prognosis. This finding suggests increased DNA release, not reduced degradation, contributes to higher levels in IMHA patients.
