Neonatal complex arrhythmias possibly related to a TTN mutation

A neonate with concurrent atrial and ventricular tachycardias had a TTN gene mutation. Treatment with amiodarone and flecainide resolved the arrhythmias, with the patient maintaining normal heart function. The TTN mutation may be linked to these complex arrhythmias.
