Summary

Point of Care Testing (POCT) offers rapid, real-time results for early diagnosis and treatment guidance, especially in infectious diseases. Immunochromatography assay (ICA) is a user-friendly POCT method, with Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) emerging for fungal infection diagnosis.
