Accurate intraocular pressure (IOP) measurement after intrastromal corneal ring segments (ICRS) implantation is crucial. The iCare Pro and TonoPen XL tonometers demonstrated the best agreement with Goldmann applanation tonometry (GAT) in ICRS patients.

- The dynamic contour tonometer (DCT) provided IOP readings unaffected by corneal parameters but tended to overestimate GAT values.
