Pupillary autonomic dysfunction in patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis.

Patients with ANCA-vasculitis (AAV) show parasympathetic pupillary autonomic dysfunction, indicated by reduced pupil constriction. This dysfunction appears linked to chronic damage rather than active inflammation or symptoms.
