Summary

Adding bifrontal transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to occipital nerve stimulation (ONS) did not improve fibromyalgia symptoms. This combined approach showed no added benefit over occipital nerve stimulation alone for pain and distress in fibromyalgia patients.
