Effect of Sofosbuvir-Based Hepatitis C Virus Therapy on Kidney Function in Patients with CKD

Sofosbuvir is a safe and effective treatment for hepatitis C in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This direct-acting antiviral therapy achieved high sustained virologic response rates with manageable adverse events in the CKD population.
