Lateral Compression-I Pelvic Ring Injury: Not Benign to the Developing Fetus

Pelvic ring injuries in pregnant patients are linked to a high risk of intrauterine fetal demise (IUFD), especially lateral compression type I fractures. Isolated acetabular fractures did not result in IUFD.
